Lady Eagles Four-Peat At Owensville
Girls Soccer (12-5-2) claimed their fourth consecutive championship at the Owensville Invitational this past week.
Sullivan did not give up a goal in the two games they played. They came in hot with a 7-0 shutout of St. James (1-11) in the opening round and capped off their run with a 4-0 sweep of Owensville (6-11) in the championship.
The Lady Eagles will continue competing on the road until they return home against DeSoto on Tuesday, May 7. Varsity kicks off at 5 p.m., and Senior Night for Girls Soccer and Track will also be held that evening.
St. James
Sullivan beat St. James 7-0 in the opening round on Tuesday, Apr. 23.
Cambria Pohlman led with three goals on her three shots.
Tessa Newman racked up a team-high four shots with two goals.
Molly Lohden loaded up three shots and two assists.
Jada Adams delivered two shots and a goal.
Dorie Richardson tallied a goal and a shot.
Andi Giebler contributed her first career assist.
Ava Hayes made a shot.
Maria Schatzl started the full 80 minutes as Sullivan’s goalkeeper.

The Lady Eagles soared to a 4-0 win over the Dutchgirls in the championship on Thursday, Apr. 25.
Newman balled out with two goals on her two shots.
Adams unleashed a goal and two shots.
Addison Wagner grabbed her third goal of the season with a shot.
Hayes, Lohden and Hayli Venable contributed an assist and a shot.
Ella Kirk attempted a shot.
